Thank you for shopping with Body by Eden. Because our products are made to order through print-on-demand, we have the following return and refund guidelines:

Made-to-Order Items
All items are custom printed once your order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind reasons.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with our printing partner to arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will correct the order at no additional cost to you.

How to Request a Return or Refund
Email us at [your support email] with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive confirmation from our printing partner.
